Bathroom furniture & sanitary ware from China

Connect vanities and bathroom selections with measured spaces and installation needs.

Define this part of the purchase

Ask the project’s installer to check the selected products against the destination services and site conditions. Record which fittings and accessories are included. Keep product supply, connection work and final commissioning assigned to the appropriate parties.

This OPPEIN bathroom-storage presentation is a reference for discussing the vanity and its surroundings. Your proposal should identify the basin, plumbing access, storage interiors and the products suitable for the intended room. Confirm the installation and care information for those selected items.

Details to include in your enquiry

  • Vanity and basin dimensions
  • Tapware and service compatibility
  • Materials and care requirements
  • Mirror, lighting and storage arrangement
  • Packing and installer handover details

Connect each detail to the item reference and the supplier’s written response. Record which decisions require approval before the order progresses.

Keep the category connected to the master schedule

Record the agreed quantities, selected options and any outstanding questions before accepting the final proposal. Use stable item references across the quote, drawings where relevant, inspection records and packing list. When a change affects another supplier or the destination installer, update the master schedule and obtain the necessary review.

Develop the practical specification

Treat the vanity as an assembly

Review the cabinet, basin, top, tapware and storage together. The actual product drawings should establish openings and relationships; a coordinated colour photograph does not settle service compatibility. Ask which fittings are included and which are separately supplied. If the basin changes, review the top and cabinet layout again. The destination installer should confirm the services and building interface for the selected products before the approval is released for manufacture.

Keep service access visible

Plumbing and storage occupy the same cabinet volume. Show service zones and how they can be accessed after installation. Identify which panels or components are removable and whether maintenance requires disturbing a finished surface. Water-resistant material terminology should be understood within the actual product scope; edges, joints and penetrations remain relevant to the completed assembly. The bathroom’s wider moisture-control and ventilation design should be resolved with the responsible project professionals rather than assumed to come with the furniture package.

Separate surface-care instructions

A vanity may combine stone, coated panels, metal hardware and glass. Obtain care instructions for those materials and retain the exact product identities. A cleaning method suitable for one surface may not be appropriate for another. At receiving, check the order reference and supplied components before labels are hidden by installation. The final handover should include care information, service contacts and any required professional installation or commissioning records, alongside the agreed appearance and product schedule.
