What the supplier’s page reports
OPPEIN describes a six-bedroom duplex in Ghana for Mr. Abu. Its published case lists kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, a sofa and other furnishings, together with design, measurement, delivery and installation services. The page places the initial enquiry in April 2016.
What to take from this example
The useful procurement detail is the named product and service scope. For a new enquiry, ask the supplier to identify the equivalent scope in the current proposal: which rooms, which products and which destination activities are included. A historical case provides context, while the new order needs its own documentation.
